When I started the program it was at a point my life where I really needed to get my mind and body in a better place. I just had a miscarriage and was going through a divorce. I knew it was time to focus on myself. Brayden really helped me through a lot of hard times and helped me stay focus on the positive, when I had a lot of negatives surrounding me.
